1 Does Premium expire?
Yes - Premium is active for the duration of your chosen plan. When it expires you lose the perks, but all your earned progress (trophies, XP, gems, equipment, leaderboard records) is permanent and never removed. You can re-subscribe at any time to get the perks back.
2 What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both plans give you exactly the same Premium features. Annual costs $1.25/month (billed $14.99/year) vs $2.99/month billed monthly - that is a 58% saving. Annual also unlocks extra perks: Priority support, an Exclusive annual badge, +1 season quest per season, +1 daily login bonus coin, and Early access to new features.
3 What is the Supporter plan?
A $29.99 one-time purchase that bundles 12 months of Annual Premium, a Starter Battle Pass (doubles XP, coins, gems, and arena tickets until you hit 1M XP), 100,000 Coins, and an exclusive Supporter badge. After the 12 months, your card is charged $0.99/month automatically - cancel anytime. Limited to 1 purchase per account.
4 Can I upgrade from Monthly to Annual?
Yes. Cancel your Monthly plan from Account settings (it stays active until the billing period ends) and then subscribe to Annual. Your Premium access is uninterrupted and all perks carry over immediately.
5 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from Account → Manage Subscription. You keep all Premium perks until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued, but nothing is charged after cancellation.
6 Is my payment secure?
All payments are handled by Stripe - a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. 2048.now never sees or stores your card details.
7 Do I get a refund if I cancel?
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days and we will investigate.
8 Will my data be deleted if I stop paying?
No. Your game history, leaderboard records, achievements, gems, coins, and profile are permanent regardless of subscription status. Only the active Premium perks (no ads, extra quests, etc.) are paused when your plan expires.
